​OUR PHILOSOPHY 
3B Orthopaedics at Jefferson Health is committed to the training of Fellows to provide quality clinical care, add to the body of research in orthopaedics and sports medicine, and promote education.  The fellowship is dedicated to providing this training through the expertise of the Attending Physicians and the multi-disciplinary staff in treating a diverse population of patients. 
 
While all the resources for a quality learning experience are in place, ultimately it is the Fellow’s responsibility to make the most of their experience through hard work and utilization of the resources provided.
